Join Us: Becoming a Member of Elimika Foundation

Elimika Foundation welcomes individuals who share its mission of empowering youth and contributing to community development. Membership in the foundation is open to those who are committed to its goals and values. The process for joining and the membership criteria are outlined below, based on the foundation’s constitution.

1. Membership Application Process (Section 3.1)

The process of joining Elimika Foundation is straightforward and inclusive, designed to ensure that all prospective members understand and are committed to the foundation’s objectives:

  • Submit a Written Application: Individuals interested in becoming members must submit a formal, written application to the foundation’s Chairman. This application should express the candidate’s interest in joining and their understanding of the foundation’s mission.
  • Approval Process: The application is reviewed by the foundation’s leadership, including the Chairman and other key officers. After an initial review, the application is presented to the entire membership for discussion.
  • Final Decision: Once reviewed by the leadership and discussed among members, a vote is taken to determine whether the applicant is approved. If approved, the new member is required to pay the necessary fees (detailed below).

2. Membership Criteria (Section 3.2)

To qualify for membership in Elimika Foundation, applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • Commitment to the Foundation’s Values: Prospective members must respect and commit to upholding the values and objectives of the foundation, as outlined in the constitution.
  • Financial Responsibility: Members must be willing to pay the membership fees and any additional contributions as required by the foundation. This financial commitment ensures that the foundation has the resources to continue its work.
  • Mental and Moral Suitability: Members must be of sound mind and demonstrate good moral character. They should exhibit discipline, honesty, and a willingness to contribute positively to the foundation and its activities.

Willingness to Participate: Membership is not only about financial contributions but also active participation in the foundation’s programs and events. Members should be willing to volunteer their time and skills when needed.
